Sattvik Food Festival 2016 in Ahmedabad at IIM Vastrapur – 13th Traditional Food Expo
Satvik Food Festival 2016 is going too held in Ahmedabad for three days. It is the 13th traditional food expo and it will be from 9 to 11 Jan. at Indian Institute of Management Vastrapur Ahmedabad. Sattvik Food Festival will be organized by SRISTI (Society for Research and Initiatives for Sustainable Technologies and Institutions).
Satvik food festival main aim is to promote agro-biodiversity and creation of demand for local crops. Satvik food festival brings Taste, Ties, Types and Traditions in Ahmedabad for three days. They motivate the foods which are nutrition and people are unaware of it.

In Sattvik food festival 2016 there will be Crafts, Pottery, Folk Dance, Songs, to provide platform for traditional organic farmers, herbal medicines based on traditional knowledge and innovations, to prepare and serve varieties of mouth-watering dishes, fair of organic and eco-friendly agro- products, competition for children creativity and biodiversity knowledge, etc.
From last 12 years SRISTI is organizing Satvik Food Festival. People from all over Gujarat will come and join the Sattvik Food Festival 2016. Various types of food dishes will be served which will be fresh, yummy and healthy food in Sattvik Food Festival 2016.
