Ahead of Navratri festival, dancers practiced Garba in Ahmedabad on September 22. All the dancers were wearing traditional attires for the dance practice. The 9-day-long Shardiya Navratri witnesses several Garba nights and events across Gujarat and Maharashtra, while Ram Leela is staged in other parts of India during the festival. People wait for the whole year to take part in Garba dance events during the Navratri festival and they usually wear 9 different attires for the 9-day festival. Sharadiya Navratri will begin on September 29 this year.
